The owner of Larry & Sons, is always looking for new ways to expand the business and provide top-notch service for his customers. Three years ago, he joined CEO Warrior shortly before taking over the Maryland plumbing business now known as Larry & Sons that his father started back in 1960. With a commitment to no longer being “average,” he signed up for a four-day event hosted by CEO Warrior founder Mike Agugliaro.
In less than three years, Larry & Sons has hired several new employees, and the company’s revenue has increased significantly. The company is in a great position to move forward even more in the coming years thanks to the skills he continues to learn from CEO Warrior events.
Agugliaro hosts a number of CEO Warrior events each year, and we attend these events not only to better the business but also to learn how Larry & Sons can better serve the community.
