Larry & Son sent out their technician, Lyle Hickey to our home. He was very professional, trustworthy, and honest with us. He explained in detail the issue, fixed our thermostat, and answered all our concerns. Larry & Sons is so affordable. I am so impressed. Thank you, Jason Waugh, for a great deal! We were able to afford to fix our AC & furnace. Three workers came from 7am to 4 pm and did a great job. We are so happy and I recommend you all call them to fix your HVAC system. They are the best!

We had a very positive experience with Larry and Sons recently when we experienced a true plumbing emergency. Matt arrived first thing in the morning, was professional and efficient in his estimation of repairs, and stayed all day and into the evening until the job was done. We are very pleased with how everything was handled, and can't thank Matt enough for his determination to see the job through.

From the initial call, Larry and Sons delivered on excellent customer service. Our AC had stopped working last night. I looked over all the obvious things myself and nothing was out of sorts. Called Larry and Sons, they were at my door within a few hours. Justin H., their technician was amazing. He explained every step and diagnostic process he had done. He went over the service report and explained what he had checked and done. And to top it off, the bill was reasonable and I was happy to have my AC up and running.
